My vision is to encourage and strengthen everyone who views my scripturally inspired art, through sharing the amazing love and grace that God has poured into my life. The closer I grow to God through Jesus Christ, the more I feel compelled to share with others the reality of my risen Lord and Savior.

I live in Ohio and had no idea this place existed until I read about it in Country Living magazine. The Museum of Divine Statues, located in Lakewood, Ohio, is dedicated to the rescue, restoration and preservation of religious statues and other art from the many Catholic churches that were closed in the Cleveland area in 2009. Here’s the story from Fox8 News in Cleveland:
Today I want to introduce you to Lynn Hayden and Dancing for Him Ministries. I had the honor of meeting Lynn at a women’s conference on the East Coast a decade or so ago. As we sat down and talked of dance and ministry, I quickly realized that not only was she a wealth of information, she was filled with wisdom!! She was also filled with HOPE and PEACE and JOY! She is absolutely delightful! I treasure that moment in my life!

Continuing our look into journaling this week, posting two articles today which reveal a different look at journaling. CaraMayan was developed by my friend Mary Jones, founder of International Christian Dance Fellowship. CaraMayan is a way of combining simple movement with scripture. This way of moving is sometimes called “embodied prayer,” and I’ll post more about that subject in the future. CaraMayan is very calming and meditative in nature and a great way to help you memorize scripture as the movement often helps the words become more a part of your being.
Bringing you a TED Talk today from Julie Burstein entitled “4 Lessons in Creativity” — worth the watch!
